Mysticism
Raised by a Catholic mother and an Atheist father, Megan was faced with a spritual crisis at a very young age. She spent much of her childhood making sense of religious language, faith, and fear. She eventually found solace in Ancient mythology. The stories ignited a sense of curiosity and awe rather than anxiety. She found grounding with her father in nature and she sought connection in her mother’s maternal lineage, resulting in a deep understanding of belief; where there are no definitive answers, there is meaning.
Megan’s unsolicited advice-giving began at the age of thirteen when she started an advice blog on Tumblr (haha). But, before then, Megan developed a deep sensitivity to the energies around her. When chanelled correctly, she is able to mirror these energies back to others.
She received her first tarot deck as a gag-gift and later learned how to read the cards through community and friends. Her understandings of the cards have been imprinted on through her experiences, her breadth of interdisciplinary knowledge, and other’s lasting touches.
Megan’s work with tarot is not predictive nor is it always affirmative - it is a tool to unearth the answer which lies within you (which is where all of the answers are). Her readings are not meant to be based in fear, nor are they meant to replace your faith with certainty. Her aim is for the reading to empower you as you hone into the richness of your inner world and uncover your own mythology.
Her favourite card is the 6 of Cups.
